Keep in mind that the artists whose songs we expected on the soundtrack were already paid to have their music appear in the game, so I don't find it inconceivable to have had access to all 107 songs for those of us who paid extra for the deluxe edition. Many entire albums on Amazon's mp3 store are free, too, so it's not like the '99 cents per song' formula is applicable in every instance.
